Questions
Before you give
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. AtTayeb Relief Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit charity organization based in the United States, so donations from US taxpayers are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. A receipt is emailed to you after each gift.
Can I give Zakat specifically?
Yes. You can mark a gift as Zakat and we will direct it only to Zakat-eligible causes — food, clean water, and essential aid for those most in need.
What does $40 a month actually provide?
Orphan sponsorship at $40 per month provides education, nutritious meals, healthcare and medicine, and a safe home with guidance and care. You receive a welcome email after your first donation and quarterly updates through the donor portal.
Can I dedicate a water well to someone?
Yes. A well may be dedicated on behalf of yourself, your parents, or loved ones, whether they are living or have passed on. Giving water is a form of Sadaqah Jariyah, so the reward continues. Contact us to arrange a dedication.
How do I cancel or change a monthly sponsorship?
You can manage a recurring gift from the donor dashboard, or email us and we will make the change for you. There is no obligation to continue for a set period.
